Skarduapp reserves the right to alter, modify, change and make additions and reductions to the whole or part of the terms and conditions. The changes will be in effect once posted on the website without any further or prior notice. By using the website, you have agreed to the changes made in the terms and conditions.

Website Usage.

To use the website, you must be 18 years or older or under the supervision of an adult. The use of the website for commercial purposes or as a third party on behalf of a user is not allowed unless it is explicitly told to us beforehand with the consent of the user. Any breach of these terms and conditions will lead to revocation of the order and other possible penalties.

The information posted on the website in terms of conditions is subjective to the person making them. Any views made by the customers are in no way the representation of the views of Skarduapp.

Certain features are only available if you register. Should you register then you are liable to provide information accurately to the best of your ability. If there are changes to that information then you must make those changes immediately. Any illegal activity done under the username of a user would make that user personally liable for it. Any submissions to the website of any kind essentially become the property of the website and may or may not be returned to the person who originally composed them. Skarduapp reserves the right to use the name of the person who submitted this information along with the information submitted for further use or reviews as it wishes. You are not allowed to use a bogus or a false email or an email of another person for any purposes related to this website.

Copyrights and trademarks.

All the rights of property which is intellectual and present on the website whether registered or unregistered including all the web design and everything related to the website (like the sound, banners) and all the codes written for the website are the property of Skarduapp and cannot be used by anyone else unless it is granted permission by concerned people at Skarduapp.

Pricing and acceptance of order.

It is the right of Skarduapp to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked for further information (not just limited to the phone number and the address) before we accept your order.

(In terms of payment via credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to get further verification regarding identification, personal information, the residence, place of delivery, and the ability for the use to make the payment by the user (like banking information). The inability or the lack of provision of such information may lead to Skarduapp cancelling your order immediately. If there is doubt or suspicion regarding fraudulent activity and misuse of credit card or debit card to make a payment for the purchase of the product will also lead to the possible cancellation of the order immediately)

It is our duty to provide the information posted on the website as accurately as possible. However, there might be errors, such as the product being mispriced. It will be our top priority to make the corrections as soon as possible. However, Skarduapp reserves the right of refusal and cancelation of an order at any given time for which we may or may not inform you. We have the right to cancel or refuse delivery even if you have paid in case the product is mis-priced or not shown correctly. We will compensate for the charged credit card price in case the order is canceled or refused.

Related To Termination

Skarduapp reserves the right to revoke all customer rights without prior notice to the customer. Skarduapp also reserves the right to terminate all the conditions and terms under the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer. Following this act or termination of such agreement, you will immediately discontinue the usage of the website for any purpose and we will revoke all passwords and account identification that had been issued through our website to you and we will deny you any access to the website for any purpose thereon. The application of this section does not apply to the confirmed payment obligation and agreement obligations of any of the parties which were made prior to the act of termination. By using this website, your consent is implied that Skarduapp or its website is not liable for any loss or damage caused due to this termination or act of suspension to you or any other person

Refund Process

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to Skarduapp, you shall be entitled to a full refund by Skarduapp which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.

Payment Policy:

Skarduapp can change the price of the ordered; the price fluctuation can be due to currency devaluation, shortage of product, or any other unforeseen incident. In such case Skarduapp will let the customer know the new price and if the customer agrees, then only Skarduapp will dispatch the product.

 

SELLER OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

SkarduApp may forward questions or complaints received by SkarduApp’s Customer Service department regarding any sold Product(s) to the Seller. The Seller shall be obliged to respond to SkarduApp on all such complaints within forty-eight (48) hours of the receipt of such questions or complaints.

On receiving the Seller’s response to any question or complaint, SkarduApp shall promptly forward the response to the Customer.

If a Seller fails to respond to any question or complaint within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the same, the Seller or any of its Products may be de-listed from the Platform without notice.

Seller must agree that he/she will provide the product(s) to SkarduApp, or deliver to the customer in max 4 days after receive order(s).

COMMISSION

SkarduApp shall be entitled the seller to receive a commission for the sale of each Product on the Platform.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of tax-inclusive sales price.

These Commissions are deducted by SkarduApp when making a payout to the Seller defined

SkarduApp reserves the right to adjust the percentage Commission, providing suitable notice of 7 days in advance to the Seller before acting.

 

WARRANTIES

 The Seller warrants to SkarduApp that all its products sold on the Platform are organic and pure or handmade traditionally.

 

SkarduApp Seller Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the seller ("Seller") and SkarduApp, governing the use of SkarduApp's platform for selling indigenous products. By registering as a seller on SkarduApp, the Seller agrees to comply with these Terms.

  1. Product Listings:
    1. SkarduApp is a marketplace for indigenous products. Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products, ensuring that they adhere to SkarduApp's guidelines and standards.
  2. Order Fulfillment:
    1. Sellers are required to dispatch the products to SkarduApp's warehouse within 12 hours of receiving an order. Timely fulfillment is crucial to maintain the efficiency of the platform.
  3. Customer Returns:
    1. SkarduApp is not responsible for customer returns. Sellers are encouraged to provide clear product descriptions and images to minimize return instances. Any return-related matters will be handled directly between the Seller and the customer.
  4. Delivery Charges:
    1. Sellers must incorporate delivery charges into the product prices since SkarduApp does not provide delivery services. SkarduApp is registered with CallCourier/PostEx Courier company, and sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products reach the respective courier company's office promptly upon receiving an order.
  5. Communication:
    1. Sellers must promptly inform SkarduApp via the designated WhatsApp number for each order received. Timely communication is essential to facilitate coordination between SkarduApp and the seller.
  6. Compliance:
    1. Sellers must adhere to all local, regional, and national laws and regulations concerning the sale and shipment of products. SkarduApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate the seller's account for non-compliance.
  7. Quality Assurance:
    1. Sellers are responsible for the quality of their products. SkarduApp reserves the right to remove any product listings that do not meet quality standards.
  8. Indemnification:
    1. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold SkarduApp harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the seller's use of the platform.
  9. Termination:
    1. SkarduApp reserves the right to terminate the seller's account at its discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, the seller shall fulfill any outstanding orders and resolve any ongoing matters.
  10. Modifications:
    1. SkarduApp may modify these Terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  11. Payment Method:
    1. All orders on SkarduApp will be conducted on a cash-on-delivery basis. Customers are required to pay for the products upon delivery.
  12. SkarduApp Service Fee:
    1. SkarduApp will charge a service fee of 15% for each sale made through the platform. This fee will be deducted from the total sales amount before payment is disbursed to the seller.
  13. Product Boosting:
    1. While SkarduApp conducts effective marketing, sellers have the option to boost their products for increased visibility. Sellers can boost their products by providing their shop link, and SkarduApp will add an additional 20% charge for boosted products.
  14. Payment Schedule:
    1. Payments to sellers will be processed on a weekly basis. If the accumulated amount is less than 10,000 PKR, the payment will be made on a monthly basis.

 

By registering as a seller on SkarduApp, the Seller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and conditions.
