1. Cancellation Window:

   • Customers have the option to cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have entered the processing phase and cannot be canceled.

   • If the cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe, any payment made by the customer will be refunded in the form of SkarduApp wallet credit.

5. Communication of Cancellation:

   • SkarduApp will confirm the cancellation request through the same channel used for the request. Customers should look for a confirmation email or support ticket response.

6. Non-Cancellable Items:

   • Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, especially those with a short processing time or items that have already been dispatched.

7. Policy Changes:

   • SkarduApp reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the official channels.
