By using SkarduApp you agree to the following terms.

1. Using our platform

You agree to provide accurate information and to use SkarduApp lawfully. You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders, prices & payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in PKR (and USD for international buyers) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payment. For COD, please have the exact amount ready.

4. Sellers & products

Many products are offered by independent sellers from Gilgit-Baltistan. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality and lawful sale of the products they list. SkarduApp curates makers but is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use SkarduApp to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.

6. Intellectual property

The SkarduApp name, logo, design and content are our property. Product photos and brands belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

SkarduApp is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

9. Changes & contact
