To process your orders and run our service, we collect:

Contact & delivery details — name, phone number, email and shipping address.
Order information — the products you buy, order history and payment method (Cash on Delivery or online).
Account details — if you create an account, your login email and a securely hashed password.
Technical data — basic device/browser information and, for visitors outside Pakistan, approximate country (to show the correct currency).

2. How we use your information

To process, deliver and support your orders.
To contact you about your order, delivery and any issues.
To improve our products, website and customer experience.
To send updates or offers only if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time).

3. Payment security

For Cash on Delivery you pay in cash at your doorstep. For online payments, transactions are handled by a secure third-party payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with: our delivery/courier partners (to ship your order), our payment provider (to process online payments), and the seller fulfilling your order. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to remember your currency preference. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for service and legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
