Returns in a nutshell
Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Start a return from your order page.
How it works
- Open your order and choose Return / Refund.
- Tell us the reason (add a photo for damaged/incorrect items).
- Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or share the return address.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed (see our Refund policy).
Condition of returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Handmade products may have natural variations — this is a feature of authentic craft, not a defect.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods (fresh fruit), and opened food or personal-care items, may be non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
